Contact details you give us directly — through the Contact, Volunteer, Research Partnership, Grant Application and Newsletter forms — such as your name, email, and the message or details you provide.

Order information when you buy from the Shop or reserve tickets — your name, email, and a payment reference from Paystack. We never see or store your card details; Paystack processes payment directly and shares only the confirmation with us.

Basic technical data any web server logs — page requests and general usage — used only to keep the site running, not to build advertising profiles.

To reply to messages, applications and inquiries you send us.

To fulfil orders and tickets, and to contact you about them if there's a problem.

To send newsletter articles only if you've subscribed — every issue includes a way to unsubscribe.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties except the processors that make the site work (Paystack for payment, our hosting and database providers).

Order and grant-application records are kept as long as needed for accounting, legal and archival purposes. Contact messages and newsletter subscriptions are kept until you ask us to delete them or unsubscribe.
