This site is run by the Nana Ananse Nipadua Art Foundation. By using it, browsing the Gallery and Archive, submitting a form, or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

Every piece sold through the Shop is one of a kind, made by hand — availability is limited and a listing can sell out between visits. Payment is processed securely by Paystack; we record only the order confirmation, never your card details.

Because these are handmade, limited pieces, we review refund and exchange requests case by case — contact us and we'll work it out with you.

Applying for a grant, a research partnership, or to volunteer does not guarantee acceptance. Submissions are reviewed by the Foundation under the obligations described on the relevant pages (see Research Partnerships and the Digital Archive).

Artwork, writing, photography and the Nipadua Manifesto on this site belong to the Foundation and its artists. The Digital Archive's Creative Commons Attribution-Return License governs archive material specifically — see that page for its own terms.

Please don't reproduce or commercialize material from this site without asking first.
